Third Anniversary Special/2002

Grandpa's Deluxe Recipe Kiosk

MEAL #1:
Polish Sausage and Macaroni & Cheese Stuffed Twice Baked Potatoes
(or Grandpa's Secret Mac and Weiner Stuffed Twice-Baked Potatoes)

Ingredients
1 Box Kraft Deluxe Macaroni and Cheese (preferably with the cheese sauce packet)
3 Large Baking Potatoes
1½ Cup Chopped Ready-to-Serve Polish Sausage
Catsup (in squeeze bottle)
Mustard (Spicy or Golden, in squeeze bottle)
EZ-Cheeze
Olive Oil
Salt

Directions:
1. Poke each potato about 20 times with a fork on all sides, lightly coat with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
2. Place potatoes into pre-heated 350 degree oven on rack (make sure to place baking sheet below potatoes to catch drippings.)
3. After an hour, remove the potatoes and let them cool on a wire rack for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. While the potatoes are cooling, bring a pot of water to boil for the macaroni, follow directions on the box to make the Mac and Chee.
5. As the macaroni is boiling, place the 1½ cups of chopped polish sausage into a frying pan on medium high heat. Fry the sausage for one or two minutes, or until hot and slightly browned. Remove from heat.
6. When the Mac and Chee is ready, pour the fried sausage into the bowl and mix.
7. By now, the potatoes should be cool. Slice them in half lengthwise.
8. With a spoon, carefully remove the pulp from inside the potato and place in a mixing bowl.
9. In the hollow skins, pour the Mac-and-Chee mixture. Overfill, but not so that it spills all over.
10. Place the stuffed potatoes onto a buttered baking sheet and place in a 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until slightly golden-brown on top.
11. Remove from oven and serve.

Garnish with catsup, mustard and EZ-Cheeze.

Enjoy!
