Doggy Mac Criss-Cross Lasagna

I spent the last couple months trying to create a classy-looking dish which combines all the terrific qualities of hot dogs and Mac'n Chee. While driving on the Garden State Parkway in late April, this idea came to me in all it's glory as I approached a 35-cent toll. While the meal itself is more expensive to make than store-bought Mac and hot dogs, the taste satisfaction is worth every cent. Enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 lb. Package lasagne
12 Eskay Kosher Dogs (Ballpark style) sliced into quarters, lengthwise
12 oz. recipe for home-made Mac'n Chee Sauce

Directions:
1. Cook lasagna in boiling water, drain and set aside.
