May 2003 Doggy Mac Criss-Cross Lasagna I spent the last couple months trying to create a classy-looking dish which combines all the terrific qualities of hot dogs and Mac'n Chee. While driving on the Garden State Parkway in late April, this idea came to me in all it's glory as I approached a 35-cent toll. While the meal itself is more expensive to make than store-bought Mac and hot dogs, the taste satisfaction is worth every cent. Enjoy. Ingredients: Directions: |
