Grandpa's Hot Dog Salad

Ingredients

1 12-pack of kosher hot dogs, boiled, and chopped into ½ inch cubes.
4 oz. of Cheddar Cheese, chopped into ¼ inch cubes.
4 oz. of Mozzarella Cheese, chopped into ¼ inch cubes.
One small red onion, chopped fine.
One 15 oz. can vegetarian baked beans, opened.
8 oz. shell pasta, cooked and cooled.
One can French's Fancy Fried Onions, opened.

Directions

  1. Place the chopped dogs into a large, lightly oiled, skillet at medium-high heat. Fry them until they are golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Gently toss the cheese, onion, beans and pasta together in a big bowl. (Not a glass bowl. This should be made in a large, yellow plastic bowl.)
  3. Stir in the cooled dog-bits. Be gentle.
  4. Pour the fancy onions around the edge of the bowl on top of the salad.
  5. Enjoy.

Serves three.
