This month the only Netflix DVD's I watched were "24: Season 2" and "Rocky and Bullwinkle: Season 1." Big mistake.

I like "24". It's one hell of a show. Generally, Bigfoot and I watch it one DVD at a time. We don't have the patience to wait for the next episode when it's RIGHT THERE on the DVD. It's not Futurama - it's got cliffhangers!!!

Unfortunately, so does the Rocky and Bullwinkle. What's more, Rocky and Jack Bauer suffer the a similar outrageous fortunes time and again - murder plots, torture, random explosions, and visits with top secret good and bad guys. They also have a hair-brained side-kick. Rocky has Bullwinkle the Moose. Jack Bauer has Kim the Daughter. In both cases, the side-kick serves as loyal companion as well as constant mess.

My brain is all topsy-turvy because of the connection between the two. When Bigfoot and I line up "24: Season 3", I'm going to set up the Muppet show in the queue. That way, when a bad guy pulls a gun on Jack, I'll stop yelling "Again?!"
