This just in! Pork Creations (Porkcreations.com) created the perfect item for the pork-freak on your Christmas list: Bacon frying pans! You heard me right. I know that it's past Christmas already, but it's not too late to by it!

The people at Pork Creations know their pork, and for their bacon they have created the ultimate bacon cooking instrument. It looks like a two-burner, extra-long, pancake griddle. But, instead of having one long, flat surface on which to cook, it has 10 inch long, and 2 inch wide sections for individual strips of bacon to fry in. It's amazing!

Once the iron (with or without non-stick coating) skillet is up to heat, you can toss in your bacon and cook till your heart's content - and blocked up! It's equipped with a drain channel around the outside so the grease does not build up in each section, and the 1 ½ inch ridges along the outside guarantees no spilling (read: grease fires!)

At 2 ½ feet in length, you can cook TWO DOZEN slices of bacon at one time! That's a whole freekin' pound! Convenient AND saves time! You can cook almost twice as many large sausage links! Where have they been all these years?

(For those who don't need to cook that much bacon, there is a split skillet/bacon pan version. On one half you can cook your bacon and sausage, and on the other you can prepare the perfect fried eggs or French toast.)

But that's not all… Pork Creations also created an electric version of the same item for those days when you need your burners for something else. You can plug it in and cook while your honey makes eggs, coffee and pancakes, and you still have another burner to spare for the warm milk for hot coco!
